For referrals that convert to monthly/consulting clients with annual total billing of less than or equal to $12,000, we issue a $250 billing credit to the organization upon payment of their first invoice.

$1000 tier
For referrals that convert to monthly clients with annual total billing of greater than $12,000, we issue a $1,000 billing credit to the organization upon payment of their first invoice.
