We started Empower in 2014 to equip leaders with financial information that helps their organizations thrive and grow. Since then, we grown to serve over 200 organizations across the United States, and have built an amazing team of servant-hearted individuals. We are excited to keep growing and serving more organizations that need our help.
Every client has an Empower bookkeeper who gets to know their organization, its systems and its financial rhythms. We're here to answer questions, spot what needs attention and help make the financials useful. We take the time to understand your organization, your systems, and the people we're working with. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is active in her community, and fosters for a few different animal rescue organizations. She likes to spend her free time exploring her new hometown, attending concerts and sporting events (especially baseball), and traveling. She especially loves visiting Italy whenever she gets the chance.

Firm AdministratorGail brings several decades of administrative, human resources, and bookkeeping experience to our team. She is adaptable, flexible, and gifted in administration. She is a native Texan, but spent 10 years in Colorado where she developed a love for mountain climbing. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family, friends and three granddaughters. Gail graduated from Executive Secretarial School in Dallas.
Justin founded Empower Consulting in 2014 with a heart to help organizational leaders understand and use financial information to fulfill their vision. He is a Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor. He currently focuses on consulting, staff coaching and business development. He enjoys working out, being outdoors, travel, good coffee, and his family and friends. He has his undergraduate degree from Duke University.
